Hello, Im a member of the Irish Socialist Republican Party. Im interested in implementing something similiar to the GOSPLAN in Ireland. The ISRP is one of the most popular party in Ireland and I think it could work considering Ireland isnt too big.
Id like to learn from people on here and hopefully contribute some to.
thanks comrades

GOSPLAN is pretty much a commune that employs with lowest wages and supplies its workers with foods, weapons, gifts and even houses in exchange of their work.
By that way, you decrease the entropy which is very high in capitalism...

We have always tried to be as democratic as possible, which means we try to elect our company managers (called Economic Directors). The main problem is that we haven't found a way to ensure that the managers won't just steal money or fiddle up the companies. So we often find ourselves using the same old trusted comrades to look after our companies. That's all very well for the old chums who are familiar with those comrades, but if we want to attract a mass following we have to truly democratise our economic management so that we aren't accused of corruption or cronyism. A favourite accusation of the fascist oppositon in eRussia was to say that working for the communes would only benefit the leaders of the Communist Party I have written a few Contract proposals which we have never actually used, because we weren't sure if they could be enforced by eRepublik Admins and our membership dropped so we havent had enough active members to actually hold an election. Lately I have been thinking that we could make a clause in the contract saying that no money or gold can be removed from the Commune Organisation without some kind of formal written permission from the Party Executive. It should be easy to monitor and the Admins can probably easily track and return any money or gold that has left the Commune. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
